Navigating Uncertainty for Systemic Transformation

What I Believe

aarathi-speaking-circle.png

My work focuses on reimagining futures for social change, the ecosystem in which it operates in and on strategic organisational transformation required to make change happen. I work at the intersection of humanitarian futures, strategic foresight, and systems transformation.

I am inherently curious about how things work and about why things don't — and how do we need to shift the systemic and structural pillars that we don't necessarily talk about to actually drive change. I push and provoke on issues of equity, intersectionality, power and privilege — and how we might transform them to more decolonised, equitable and feminist futures.

Learn more about me with this recent talk I did with the Institute for the Future on Equity and Decolonisation - Transformation at the Intersection of Aid, Policy and Foresight.

How do we be good ancestors? How do we create a plurality of futures where multiple words can exist?
